It claims it could help block DHT.. is this possible ?
Billy
AnswerThere is no medical proof in any medical journal to prove that it works. This past August 2002 in Men's Health magazine there was a 4 page expose on Avacor stating it was a scam. Four weeks ago on ABC "Nightline" there was a program titles "BALDERDASS". The main pont of the program was that Avacor is a worthless preparation.
Is it possible to make topical lotions stop DHT production?
Yes, but if it is so potent it would have to get FDA approval. As a "cosmetic" there are a lot of bogus treatments which the FTA ( not the FDA) says they do not have time to investigate and punish.
Remember the Helsinki Formula? They were finally asked to stop marketing their product and fined $3 million dollars for false advertising. This was after they made $39 million
in profit.
