Hi there;

I took the acne drug accutane about three years ago, which really works on drying out the skin. SInce then my hair seems much dryer aswell. I notice that when I shower there are quite a few hairs falling out. I think this may be due to my scalp being dry?

Perhaps these are dead hairs, ready to come out anyway - but I don't know - how would I?

I was wondering what I can do to prevent hair loss, and to keep my hair as long as possible?

Accutane is a drug that does have side effects.  If it can dry the skin, it will also dry the scalp and possibly cause hair to become dry and fall out.  

I would suggest Hair Savers scalp system.  It is remarkable for what it can accomplish for making hair grow better and fuller.
