Question Hi There, how can I give myself a soap cap...in between my regular color, just a booster to hold me over. Pat
Answer Hi Pat,
A soap cap is done by taking the bottle of color and adding shampoo to it and shampooing the hair with the color and shampoo mixed. You leave the mixture on the hair about 5-10 minutes before rinsing. There is another way you could revive the color in between color services that is much safer for the hair. It is a product line that will do better than a soap cap and is much more healthier for your hair. This product is made by Matrix and is called Shades Memory. It is a color enhanced shampoo, conditioner and conditioning colored mousse that is especially created to revive the color in between services, to keep the hair as if it were just colored. I would suggest trying this process rather than the soap cap as it is actually made for what you are wanting to do and less harmful on the hair. You can find Shades Memory in any salon that sells Matrix products and it comes in three types, blondes, brunettes and reds.
I hope this has helped with your question and if there is anything else please just use the follow link. Thank you and good luck.
