Question
how to tailor your presentation to the befits of products and/or services to meet individual needs and interests

Answer
Hi Tina,
I think I understand your question but I'm not sure so here goes.
The absolute best way to present products to clients is to know why your using them yourself. If your using a certain type of shampoo on that clients hair there should be a reason such as she has dry brittle hair and your using a moisturizing shampoo, Thats the product you should recommend. Same goes for the styling products why are you using a gel instead of a mousse. It all comes down to great product knowledge and educating the client.
As far as services what do you think would look good on that client, a change of color, a few face framing highlights to brighten her face etc.
Keep checking magazines for different new looks and colors, if you find
a picture you like cut it out and make a scrap book to help clients visualize what your recommending. I hope this helps.

Anthony
