Question
Which hair brands does hairdressers recommend and which don't recommend? Please, I cant find about that, I know pantene is bad, and what about others? And second, which type of hair styling product are best for men thick hair, gel-wax-paste-creme? Tnx you so much!

Typically, salon professionals will recommend salon brands over store brends because they are usually more concentrated. So even though the bottle costs more than the store brand, because you have to use less it lasts longer, so it really doesn't cost much more at all.
The actual brand is more a matter of preference. Each person, whether professional or consumer, will have different likes and dislikse, so will prefer different products. As for what type of product to use, gel will give hold, and stronger gels will give stronger hold. a paste would be used after the hair is styled to break it up and add definition and slight hold. A wax would also be used after styling to add shine and definition without nmuch hold at all.
