your hair i know you are supposed to wait to wash your hair
but can you get it wet after you relax it like just with
water ? if your not supposed to how much time should you
wait?
thanks
Answer Guillermo,
As long as your hair is not damaged and in good condition, it can be redone at any time. As for the shampooing, you also should not get it wet at all for about 2 days after a new relaxer, just to allow the hair to fully rebond again. Many people, including stylists, make this same mistake, thinking that although you should not shampoo. just wetting should be alright. However, it's not the shampoo, but the water that is the problem during the first day or two of a new perm or relaxer.
best of luck to you.
