Question
i had a baby just five months ago and have just had my hair permed by my hairdresser i asked for it to be as tight as possible so they used tiny rollers brilliant i thought they only used one perming pack on my head whilst my hair is shoulder length and very thick i have had my hair permed before after having a baby and thought one pack was quite odd i have complained because it just looks slightly wavy there excuse so far is my hormones and they have said that one pack was sufficent it is just down to my hair is this right or are they fobbing me off after i have parted with over £100?

Answer
Charlie,
They could make the hormone arguement for a short while after your recent joyous addition, but certainly not after 5 months. Depending on the hair, one perm is usually enough for shoulder length hair. Either way, you don't have what you paid (very generously) for and deserve to have it redone. Assuming that they knew your history, they entered into an agreement with you by perming your hair. Unless they gave a specific caveat before the perm, you had every right to expect what you asked and paid for. The ownness is on them to make it right.
Best of luck to you.
