Expertise I can answer questions about the basics, like tuning and correct playing position/ hand position. I can also help with questions about the pedals on pedal harps, and I have some experience with lever harps, too. I can answer questions and give tips about playing and performing solo, in a group or orchestra, and accompanying a soloist. I can also help with questions on how to change strings, and more advanced questions like how to play harmonics. I can also give you tips for moving a harp to get to a practice or performance, and loading it into your car. I can also help with questions about buying a harp. I can answer just about anything.
Experience I have played harp for about 4 years. I took a class at Interlochen, and then decided to continue. I have played in orchestras, accompanied a vocalist, played duets with various instruments, and also performed solo. I was in the Michigan Youth Harp Ensemble for 2004-2005.
