Question
Am a HIGHSCHOOL student I want become a doctor. But am confused does someone who has finished highschool go to college and then to med school or is it direct to med school from highschool

Answer
Dear Peter,

In the USA. most med schools require at least 3 years of pre-med courses in college, and they prefer college graduates.  In Europe, direct to med school after high school.  Go to http://hms.harvard.edu/hms/home.asp and look around for admissions requirements.  Your high school guidance counselors or principals can also tell you what's required to enter med school.
