Question
Hi, I got a question.  My gpa is 2.78 in college.  I really want to go to Med school.  How do I raise my GPA.  Can I take the classes over or what can I do to raise my GPA to 3.5?  Can I repeat a B- grade so my GPA can be higher.

Also, one more question. How does Med school work?  I mean, can I still enter medical at age over 40.  Is there any wrong with age.  Thanks!

Answer
Dear Henry,

Ask your college what's the best way to raise GPA.  I think repeating a B grade course would work.

Med schools like to accept young people so they can serve longer as doctors, but they do take people over 40 sometimes.  Go to http://hms.harvard.edu/hms/home.asp   , look for admissions, find email address of dean of admissions, and write the dean.
