It all depends on what you are looking for and also which price range. The classifieds can be great if you have time and are looking for a reasonable offer.
I am not sure where you are right now but another way is open houses which take place every Sunday. Finally you can contact the biggest companies ( and most reliable we have here ) and check with them, because they have properties on all islands.
You have Century, Patricia Choi, Prudential Locations and also you can go on the Hawaii Board of Realtors www.hibr.org and they have offices everywhere.
