Question
My husband and I are celebrating our 30th anniversary with a visit to Maui. We have our airfare and find ourselves overwhelmed with the choices for accommodations. We are interested in a smaller property or condo but can't whether to stay in the west or south Maui. We plan day trips to beaches for snorkeling and just relaxing. Any help would be much appreciated!

Answer
Hi Becky,
I am currently on my way to inspect two properties in Maui. The Makena Surf in south Maui and the napili shores in west Maui. I have been to both a few years ago, and they were very nice. In fact, most of the condos in the Napili area would fit what you are looking for. Just be aware that not all (in fact, not most) have A/C. This is usually tempered by lots of fans and ocean breezes.

Congrats on your 30th! Aloha.
