Question Hi Bruce, My husband and I are planning a honeymoon for October 2009. We have been married a year already and will not be able to get away until then. Because we'll have waited so long, we want to do it right. Can you recommend a nice hotel in Maui we could stay? Neither of us drink, so the all-inclusive wouldn't benefit us. We're looking for a nice, CLEAN hotel on the beach where we'll feel like it was well worth the wait. Some hotels charge more even though they're not WORTH more... we're hoping you can give us the inside scoop on a good quality place. Thanks so much for your help!
Answer Aloha, Sorry for the delay in getting you this answer, the system didn't notify me until today. There are several properties I can recommend, but it would depend on your budget. If you want something 3 star, I would recommend the Royal Lahaina, its been newly renovated so new usually means CLEAN. If you're looking for something higher end I would recommend the the Ritz Carlton, again newly renovated. There are also some great condos that might work for you if yo don't care about hotel amenities. If you give me an idea of your budget I can do a better job of coming up with a recommendation for you. Hope this helps, let me know if I can be of more help.
