I know what the flowers behind the womens ears mean, but how does a man show if he is taken or single?

Nope for guys it's just a way of saying "hey I can too wear a flower" and Hawaii is one of the only places in the world where regular guys get away with wearing flower shirts, flower shorts, and real flowers behind their ears LOL
