Question How much time do you need to switch planes between an arrival from the
mainland to a connecting plane to maui? All flights are on Hawaiian. Will they
transfer our baggage, do we need to wait through security again?
Thank you for your help
Answer Aloha Marietta, The FAA requires a minimum of one hour and 15 minutes between flights which is about right. Shouldn't take you more than a few minutes to get over to the inter island terminal to catch your flight over to rally. Your luggage will be transferred to go through security and wait for it again. for more information and be sure to check out our blog at http://www.hawaii-aloha.com/blog
