Answer Aloha,
We have a governor, a senate and 2 of our senators are in DC, then we have a major and other majors on the other islands as well, then we have directors of different departments such as education, transportation etc.
We have the same laws and judiciary system than the rest of the US.

We have of course specific laws and amendments specifically for our islands.
