Question
QUESTION: I am a 40 year old male, ok health, rectly over the last 2 year put on 30 lbs. I recently started experiencing lightheadedness and mild head aches.  I went to emergency to get checked, they ran my blood, ekg and xrayed my chest, all normal. I saw a nerologist and had a ct 64 scan of my head and cervical spine, all normal. The dr seems to think they r migraines, brought on by stress (which I do have).  What I have been noticing tho is there is a pressure the seems to come on during these mild head aches, when I get up off the floor or move my head quickly.  Doesn't occur when I work out at the gym on a tread mill or anything.   Not sure what to do at this point.  The dr said to get back with him in a few weeks or sooner if my sympotms change.  Not sure what to do at this poit, should I ask for a mri or spinal tap? Also, I do have some back pain (lower and mid) not serious, had them for many years and my xrays came back with some disk degeration.

Please healp

ANSWER: Jon,

Your stress has negatively impacted your nerve system causing the problems you are having. Medicine most likely does not have an answer to your problems. But their are a few Doctors in Canada trained well enough to care for your problem.

If you would like, let me know what part of Canada you live in, and I send you where you need to go.
