I used to experience extreme migraines at your age, to the point where I could barely open my eyes because it would hurt.  At the time I ate nothing but convenience foods that contained MSG.  Turns out that was the problem - I have an allergic reaction to it.  Once I cut out the MSG, the headaches went away.

i am only 16 and i have been getting migraine headaches and blurry vision.....so i started writing down what i ate and i noticed that when i had citric acid it triggered my blurry headache. Its been 3 weeks and i haven't gotten a blurry headache yet...so maybe you should try not eating anything with citric acid in it
