Dear Dr. Scherr,

The situation described by Ms. Darlene on 11/8/2006 is very similar to what I have - TMJ, unable to sleep at night due to abrupt awakening, feeling like I'm having a panic attack, etc.

I've come to conclude that my situation is as a result of TMJ - bruxism in particular. I've got a specialist appointment to potentially get my wisdom tooth #17 removed (that is the only wisdom tooth I have and an bite imprint showed maximum pressure on it). I was wondering if you can provide me with Darlene's contact so that I can follow up with her to see what she has tried. Taking Magnesium supplements (along with Calcium) is helping me a lot.
