Subject: Questions about switching recruiters

Question
I've been working for a large bank on a large long term temp project for the past year.  There are many fellow contract people working through diff agencies here.  Recently we found out that most of the employees and new temp hires recruited through other agencies are making way more money than through our agency.  Is there are way we can switch agencies or pressure our own recruiter to cut off the amount they are taking in for themselves and give us our fair share of wages?   I'd appreciate and welcome all advice.  Thx.

Answer
Bob-

Thanks for your question.

Please understand that it is very unprofessional for employees to speak about salaries with other employees.

There are legalities for specific situations that would take too
long to explore in this forum.

Good luck!
