Ed,
I have just finished getting my Master's Degree in Criminal Justice.  I also have five years experience in Criminal Justice.  How do I find an appropriate headhunter firm to find me the new ideal position?

Thanks for your question.  
Most good recruiters have a specialty - mine is accounting.
Start with a google search for "(your field)jobs in (your city)" or "(your field) recruiter in (your city)" and
contact some of the recruiters on the results list.
