Question Ed, I have been in the mortgage business for the past 4 years. I've had a lot
of success, but do not feel this is the field I want to spend the rest of my
career in. I've been considering Commercial Real Estate and have many
contacts in that field, but am open to many other industries. I'm not 100%
sure where I'll land so I'm wondering where I can find a good general
headhunter who could assist me in my search?

Start with a google search for "real estate jobs in (your city)" or "real estate recruiter in (your city)" and
contact some of the recruiters on the results list.
