We are a mental health research facility in need of a licensed psychologist with experience with the chronically mentally ill population.  How do we go about finding this person?

Most good recruiters have a specialty - mine is accounting.
Start with a google search for "psychologist jobs in your city" or "healthcare recruiter in your city" and
contact some of the recruiters on the results list.
