Question Hi there. I am a recent graduate with bachelors in health sciences and looking for a job in administrative side of healthcare. I have tried job websites like monster, careerbuilder and others but very few responses. I wanted to try resume distribution websites and find recruiters in my field. What is your opinion of resume distribution websites like resumezapper.com, resumespider.com and others? And what is the best way to find a recruiter in my field in my area? Thank you.

As a recruiter, I receive resumes every day from the distribution services - they
are absolutely a great idea.
Most good recruiters have a specialty - mine is accounting.
Start with a google search for "healthcare administration jobs in (your city)" or "healthcare
administration recruiter in (your city)" and
contact some of the recruiters on the results list.
