Thank you for your response, I truly appreciate you taking the time to answer my question. I must apoligize, as I should have been more specific. I am not looking for a career, I am looking for a decent paying job. I know what I want from my life in the long term, but in the short term I need to save capital in order to start it up. What I am looking for is a job for which any college graduate can qualify for. Perhaps I am overly cynical, but I have found my college degree in religious studies to be almost worthless in the job market. To make matters worse, it appears to be making me "overqualified" or overeducated so that blue collar profession employers are skeptical about hiring me. You mentioned that most companies have management training programs for college grads without experiance. I must confess I have no idea which companies you are refering to. In which industries ? Could you please give a few specific examples ? Really I can tolerate just about any job or profession that is ethical, except for perhaps sales. Probably the easiest management programs to get started with are in the retail and food service industries. You might want to inquire about possibilities at your local chain stores and eating establishments and ask about their management training programs.
