I am searching for a job in the Atlanta market and have not been getting the results that I had hoped.  Might you have any suggestions of who I can contact that will deploy their resources to assist me in finding a job?

Most good recruiters have a specialty - mine is accounting.
Start with a google search for "(your field)jobs in Atlanta" or "(your field) recruiter in Atlanta" and
contact some of the recruiters on the results list.
