I recently dropped out of college for personal reasons. All I have is a highschool diploma. What kind of jobs can I get with a decent pay?

You don't mention any talents or experience you have.
Do an honest assessment of what you enjoy doing and what you are good at and pursue a career that suits your talents and abilities. Not all careers require a college degree.
