How do I find a recruiter/head hunter for me? I am in the Atl area and have education/training management background.

Most good recruiters have a specialty (mine is accounting).
I would start with exploring some of the local Atlanta job boards under the education and training categories. Most of these local job boards allow you to search and apply for jobs as well as load your resume to be found by prospective employers.
