Headhunters & Employment Agencies - Sorting through the jungle

Expert: Ed Freeman - 8/3/2005

Question
I leave the military soon after a successful 20yr career.  My main skill set is leadership, as I've been a trainer for the past six years.  I'm finding having the time to sort through all the searches, postings, and maintain other commitments very diffecult.  What would you suggest as a good course of action?  My bottom line is reasonable and I'm open to a variety of career fields.  Thank you for your time.

Answer
Dan-

Thanks for your question and for serving our country (I'm an Army brat myself).

A friend of mine runs a site - http://militarycandidates.com
which specializes in helping retiring military personnel make the transition to civilian life.  I'm sure you will find a wealth of helpful resources on his site.

Good luck!
