I am very interested in obtaining a full time position in the Human Resources field. Are there any local headhunters that recruit especially for this area?

Start with a google search for "human resources recruiters in (your city)" and contact some of the firms in the results.

There are also several sites like HR.com and HRgopher.com
which should point you in the right direction.
