Hey!
I'm a recent graduate with my MSW and three years of experience in child protective services in the state of Florida. I am searching for social work jobs and I was interested in finding a headhunter to help me with my endeavor. I wasn't sure how to go about requesting you for a headhunter, so I figured I would write and ask. PLease write back and let me know if you are interested.

I would start with a trip to the placement office of your college to see what help they can provide - part of what you paid for in tuition!
You might also want to do a google search for "Social Work jobs in (target city)" or "Social Work recruiters in (target city)".
