ANSWER: Hi Saonli,
Have you taken any nursing classes? That would be your ticket into the US. We are very short on nurses. MSC in Psych is great, but being to put that knowledge into use you would have to become a Dr or a Nurse..can I ask why MBA?
You want to do HR? That would be good -but there isn't a shortage-marketing directors are in demand-I would recommend you either become a Dr or a Nurse.

Answer Hi Saonli,
The best way to get into the US is as a healthcare professional. Go ahead with you MBA -but you'll want to have a physical therapy or respiratory therapist or any kind of healthcare degree.
MBA will come in handy after you get your foot in the door. DO you understand what I am trying to say? To get a job you need to have the degree that people are willing to pay for you to come to the USA. ie Nursing and or a therapist.
There are lots of graduates from the USA who have an MBA
Ask you school counselor-if you have one. If not find a friend who can help you find one. I am not familiar with India.
