Question
my health plan is refusing to pay a claim due to
my injury (broken Arm) happened while i was moving my truck.the truck was at my repair facility and was being pushed not driven when i slipped and hurt my arm.why would they try to have me claim this on my auto insurance?
they state that it is law ? i could not find that stated in 647 pages of state insurance law
thank you for your time.

Answer
Hi! While at your repair facility? By that you mean jus where you usually take your car? or you own the place? Because if you own it we would probably say it was Workmans Comp.  If you dont own the place, then I dont know why they are doing that.  You could just have an examiner that doesnt know what she is doing, it is possible. Otherwise, I would think it should be under your health insurance also. That is weird.  If you want to send me the name of your insurance company and your policy # and the date of service of the accident, I will call them for you and check it out since I understand insurance lingo.  I will on vacation all next week but when I get home I could call them for you and see what is up.  It could be as simple as someone reading your accident report wrong or something... did they send you an accident report form to complete?  You can write to me at Chandegar@aol.com if you want.  Otherwise, I would say just check it out a little more & make sure they understand why really happened.
