GOOD EVENING, I HAVE READ ON THIS SITE THAT SINUS ARRHYTHMIA
ONLY OCCURS IN HEALTHY HEARTS.. SO CAN A HEART HAVE LVH AND
SINUS RHYTHM WITH SINUS ARRHYTHMIA AT THE SAME TIME, IF ALL
THE EKG VALUES ARE WELL WITHIN NORMAL LIMITS? THANKS

Yes, a heart with LVH may be quite healthy and have sinus arrhythmia, even a normal EKG, tho normal EKG is a bit unlikely. Echo is more reliable than EKG, however.
