Answer Dear Hyung.
The most likely cause of your pain is cramping of muscles in the chest wall. You can prove if this is so if firm pressure on the painful area modifies the pain, makes it better or worse. Chest wall pain is a nuisance, but no threat to life or health. The other possibility is arthritis in your neck, since lateral rotation makes the pain worse. MI is EXTREMELY unlikely. MI pain doesn't last more than a day. Heart disease of any kind is unlikely since stair master doesn't make the pain worse.
