Answer Deaar Hasan,
If your fast heartbeat starts and stops gradually, over several minutes, it's normal, probably produced by anxiety about cholesterol and health. Best managed by ignoring it or maybe by sleeping meds.
If it starts and stops abruptly, in one heart beat, it's an abnormal rhythm called supraventricular tachycardia, and needs attention. Not life-threatening, but a big nuisance, easy to treat with meds. Ask your doctor for a Holter monitor if the fast heartbeat occurs every single day. If not every day, ask for an event monitor.
Chest pain modifiable by pressure is chest wall pain, just a nuisance and no threat to life or health. You can safely ignore it.
