Question
Well it all started out about 3 days ago i was feeling wierd,as in nausea, shortness of breath, and fast heart rate. im 13 and had an echocardiogram, ekg, chest xray...and all were perfect. except right now is my main worry. my heart rate is about 120 took bp and its really good like 113/x except the abnormal heart rate aleart came on porbbly because of heart rate. ive tried to calm down but cant. my arms are tingling and ive had a panic attak...i know this might be anxiety biut what else i really dont think its anxiety!!!please help me ASAP. Thanks in advance...Adam h.

Answer
Dear Adam,

It sounds like anxiety to me.  Heart rate of 120 is okay.  You probably had some virus causing nausea and then panic is causing the fast heart rate.

Please write back if this note doesn't answer all your questions.
