Question
I had a calcium heart CT 3 years ago and score was 0....Undiagnosed URQ pain then and still on occassion.  Do I really need another one

Hi Sheila,
That test only looks at Calcium deposits in you arteries. It is not a very good test for CAD in my opinion.
In any case, RUQ pains are usually not associated with CAD, but rather with gall bladder disease. A better test for heart disease is a stress echo, if your doctor decides you are at a high risk for CAD:
