Heart & Cardiology/Fish Oil Pills

Question
I am 38 years old soon to be 39 and I started watching some things in my health. I started paying more attention to my weight, what I eat and vitamins.  I am 6'4 and weigh 196lbs.  I take Centrum Vitamins under 50 and fish oil pills for my heart and cholesterol.  What is the recommended daily allowance for Omega-3 for the fish oil pills?  I was told it should be 2000mg but I do not know what I should follow.

Thanks,
Jason

Answer
Hi Jason,
I am not a nutritionist and believe (depending on your cardiac risks) living a heart healthy life style is more than enough (and a lot cheaper, too) for most people:
