Heart & Cardiology/worried

QUESTION: I had a ekg done in October and December which were normal.  Also in December I had a chest xrray, blood work and a chest catscan with contrast (due to a slightly elevated d dimer result)  which all came back normal. This was all done through er bc of upper chest and shoulder pain.  I've also had xrays and mris done that came back negative for spinal problems.  My primary doc thinks it's all due to anxiety because my mom passed away due to a heart attack brought on by hypertension and not taking her bp medicine.  I also had a cardiolite stress test a week and a half ago with normal ekg, blood pressure heart rate and pictures were normal. I do have large breasts and hoping that didn't affect anything.  I just found out I'm about 6 weeks pregnant and all of a sudden I've been been waking up in the middle of the night and mornings with bad headaches in left side and in eye and ear pressure. It usually gradually goes away but headache is still slightly there and I've been really nauseous.  I've also had tingly feelings in left hand, pain in shoulder. Also now I I'm getting pain all in my left breast. I think all the pain is causing anxiety attacks but I'm not sure because doctors keep telling me it's nothing but to me it doesn't feel like nothing. Please help!

ANSWER: Hi Jennifer,
Nothing you have told me suggests you have heart disease.

QUESTION: Thank you for your reply. I just would like to know what severe pressure in your upper sternum close to collar bone that goes into left arm could possibly mean if it's not heart related?

Hi Jennifer,
W/o a consultation and examination I cannot begin to guess. I believe you have to look at the link I supplied you with and discuss what you read with your doctor. He can do all the things I cannot from here!
Hope this helps,
