Question
I am worried about my health. My BP jumps from 176/100 to 154/93 with my pulse jumping from 85 to 60 within 30 minutes. I often feel so unwell that I climb on to bed. I was recently at a medical when the nurse was so concerned at my symptoms that he called the paramedics. My BP was 158/128 and my pulse was 120 Bpm. I'm 43 years and male. We have a history of strokes and heart related problems within the family. Should ibe worried?
