Heart & Cardiology/Heart attack?

Question
Hello,

I am a 16 year old teenage guy who doesn't have the best diet. I eat out quite a bit (about 3-4 times) a week and its not "fast food" but it's unhealthy greasy foods in a large portion. I am also not very active. I walk to the bus stop and back for about a total of 20 min daily but that's about it. I only weigh 125 lbs so I'm thin as well. Over the past 2 years I would randomly get heart and chest pains but they would go away, sometimes accompanied with a rapid heart beat (however I am a hypochondriac so it could be because of that). Yesterday however I ate a plate of food and after I felt like there was some kind of impending doom. My heart or chest didn't hurt, but I felt nauseated (and I still am this morning) and my left arm also feels funny (however I have a dislocated elbow since birth so sometimes the ulnar nerve can act up so I don't know). And I randomly also break into sweat when I think about the possibility of a heart attack. For the past 24 hrs I've been afraid to even move a lot because I'm so scared. This is probably my paranoia, but is there anything I should actually be worried about?

Thank you

Answer
Hi John,
Not a heart attack, but certainly a good time to change your habits. Read more about chest pains here:

Hope this helps,
