hello i have this question.

for the past couple of hours I have been experiencing intermittent left chest pain like someone is stabbing me.
it is not the first time though I have experienced these pains for the past few years.

they came on while i was on the computer doing work nothing strenuous blood pressure was 110/73 pulse was ok

managed to go shopping , climb stairs etc..... pain didn't worsen at all.

i do have  a history of gerd/erosive gastritis/grade a oesophagitis/had surgery for fibroid a little over a year ago.

could it be heart though?? pls answer as i suffer from anxiety attacks and this is making it worse!!

i am 37fem normal cholest/low triglykeri/high hdl

i exercise around 30 mins a day or more either on my treadmill or walk about everywhere.
