Question
I am Murthy aged 32 Years

My Echo report says :

1) Mild Mitral Valve prolapse
2) Mild MR,TR,PASP : 28MMHG
3) Dilated Left Ventricle
4) Normal LV Function
5) LVEF 65%

Please explain me this .

I am taking Prolomet XL 25mg tablet twice (Morning and Night) . Is the medication fine ?

Hi Narasimha,
The echo indicates you need to be checked every now and then to make sure your your valve leakage and dilated left ventricle don't get worse. I cannot judge whether you need a beta blocker at this point.
