Question
Dear dr, for three days now ive been having throbbing chest pain, it dont really hurt but annoying. Could this mean my heart condition is getting worse? I can't see a cardiologist yet because im broke, other than mild chest pain I feel fine, its located on the left side of my heart not in the midle of my chest. Ive had rbbb for three years and no changes to my ekg or echo, I also have lpfb sometimes but not persistant like the rbbb. I feel fine but I have parasethesia and doctors cant find whats wrong with me. Thank you so much, martha

Answer
Hi Martha,
Check your risks for heart disease first then this section about chest pain:

I don't have enough information for an opinion.
Hope this helps,
