Question
Hello i just had a 24 heart monitor on at it caught 736 pvcs and a few runs of pacs. They doctors don't seem to see it being a problem. they scar the crap out of me. They say they are not dangerous. It seem the only time i don't have them is if I'm sleeping or after a few beers. how many is to many pvcs.

Answer
Hi Aaron,
"Dangerous” PVCs are generally limited to patients with significant underlying heart disease, such as coronary artery disease or valve disease. If a patient has NO significant heart disease, PVCs are probably not dangerous.
