Heart & Cardiology/Stress ECG and CAD

Hello dr. Mustafa,

My name is Saed and my age is 45yrs.
I have done stress ECG and heart echo (at rest) a year back.
All test come back normal. Does these test rule out CAD and possible heart attach.
I dont have blood pressure and i do smoke.

They answer the question in detail. The normal tests mean you are unlikely to have obstructive CAD and puts you in a low risk group. Thats good. However non obstructive CAD can of course be present and you should continue to pay attention to lifestyle and attention to risk factors such as blood pressure, smoking, cholesterol  etc..
