Heart & Cardiology/EKG and calcium scan

Question
I have two quick questions. Can a good cardiologist see an enlarged heart or LVH on a 12 lead EKG?. Also,do you put a lot of faith in these cardiac calcium scans that are advertised so much? I had one and all vessels were 0.I'm 42. Thank you for your time

1) Yes, but a better test is an echocardiogram
