Question
hi 38 year old male w/sinus tachy, pfo and cad  
i just had a cardiac ct to check for artery calcium, my results they found a pfo, and my calcium score is total 4 , my qyestuion is , is a 4 very bad and does it mean ill have a heart attack?  im also not aware of what a pfo is ? can i live a long time with a PFO. does haveing a pfo mean  ill def have a stroke ? as you can see im nervous and scared. i wanted the test  tio be negative but its not.  and 38 to me seems young to have a calcium score of 4  my cardiio doc says he will put me  on statins for calcium.

Whether it needs treatment, I don't know, but I assume your doctors would have told you if they thought so.
