Question
Good evening. Im a 40 y/o male in otherwise good healthy. I donít smoke and walk 4-5 miles daily. At rest, I sometimes feel a small area of localized tightness in the center of chest, directly over my breast bone. This area is about the size of a dime. almost always in the same spot and I have noticed a soreness over the area when I apply pressure with my fingers. I have no other symptoms when this occurs. It will last about a second or two and go away. However, it may come and go for a few minutes. Same spot, same area. The funny thing is, I walk hills, steps and very steep inclines when I take my daily walk and never experience this when exercising. Is this concerning

Answer
Hi Carlos,
Very unlikely to be your heart. Check your cardiac risks and if positive have your heart evaluated:
